Gladstone 8 Balll Association live streams and records pool matches played at our clubhouse. This footage is broadcast and published on platforms including YouTube and Facebook, where it may be viewed publicly and remain available online.

What this means for visitors

Cameras operate in the playing and spectator areas during matches and events. Players, officials, spectators, and anyone else present — including children and other people accompanying you — may be visible or audible in live streams and recordings.

By entering the clubhouse, you acknowledge and accept that your image, and the image of anyone who accompanies you, may be captured, broadcast live, and published online.

If you should not be filmed

We understand that some people have genuine reasons why their image must not be broadcast — for example, personal safety, family protection matters, or other legitimate circumstances. If this applies to you or someone in your care, please contact us before attending so we can make reasonable arrangements:
